A Google Sheets template

Every link, in one place.

Your links arrive through a dozen apps and vanish into threads. Link Locker catches them in one simple document — calm on your own, and the source of truth your whole team can self-serve.

No new software. It’s a Google Sheet.

The problem

This is how your links actually arrive.

All day. From a dozen different apps. Never the same place twice.

0 links landed this week
…now find the one you need.
That’s the exact moment the Link Locker was built for.
And then there are the chats

One project spawns a dozen group chats.

They multiply fast — and the link you need is always buried in the one you muted.

0 group chats · one project

One project. A dozen group chats. Zero idea which one has the thing.

What it actually is

A table of contents
for your whole project.

Not notes. Not tasks. Not another chat. It’s a living index of every link one project runs on — each one filed under the part of the project it belongs to.

One locker per project

Its whole world — every doc, file, form, and contract — in a single document.

Every part gets a tab

Identity, budget, venue, talent, sponsors, tickets, forms, run of show — nothing without a home.

Every link filed where it belongs

So anyone on the team can find anything without asking a soul.

City Arts Festival · the whole index
01 Research & Narrative 6 links
02 Identity & Assets 11 links
03 Planning & Budget 9 links
04 Venue & Logistics 7 links
05 Marketing & Content 14 links
06 Programs & Talent 18 links
07 Sponsorship & Tickets 12 links
08 Forms & Execution 10 links
How it works

Paste links as they arrive. Find anything in seconds.

One clean Google Sheet, pre-built into a tab for every part of your event.

The title is the link

No extra column to manage. Click the name of the thing, land on the thing.

Status you can trust

Live, Draft, or Needs Review — so anyone knows what’s safe to rely on at a glance.

A weekly sweep that keeps it true

Fifteen minutes every Friday. The reminder sits at the top of every tab.

How to actually use it

Open it once. Never close it.

Link Locker isn’t a document you visit now and then — it’s the home base you keep open. Pin the tab in your browser, or drop its link at the very top of your Notion, Asana, or Monday board, so it’s the first thing your team opens and the last place anything goes missing.

Pinned browser tab Top of your Notion / Asana / Monday One link in every group chat
The part that matters most

It’s not another tool to migrate to.

Notion Slack Monday Asana Airtable

Keep every one of them. They organize your notes, your tasks, your chats. Link Locker organizes the one thing all of them quietly scatter — your links.

One document. Every link. Zero migration.
Why it sticks

The calmest thing you’ll open all week.

Ten-second retrieval

Stop hunting across apps. One tab, one click, you’re there.

Your team self-serves

Share one link. Everyone opens the latest version themselves — no pinging you, no stale files. You stop being the bottleneck.

Zero learning curve

It’s a Google Sheet. Your whole crew already knows how to use it.

Solo today, a full crew tomorrow

Works on your own.
Unstoppable with a team.

On your own, it keeps every link honest and easy to find. Add a crew and it becomes the one source of truth everyone shares — your team opens the locker and serves themselves the current version, so nothing waits on you and you’re never the bottleneck.

Link Locker
Link Locker — one source of truth, always current
no one waits on you
Safe to share with anyone

It holds links,
not secrets.

Because the Locker only ever stores links, your budgets, contracts, and sensitive files never live inside it. Every link keeps its file’s own permissions — so you can hand the whole locker to your crew, your volunteers, even a sponsor, and the protected files stay sealed to everyone who shouldn’t see them.

It’s a link, never the file

Nothing sensitive is ever copied into the locker itself.

Each link keeps its own access

Permissions live on the file, exactly where you already set them.

Share it wide, safely

Open the locker to everyone; the locked doors stay locked.

Built after producing multi-day events and watching every critical link vanish across a dozen apps. Nothing existed that did just this one thing cleanly — so I made it. — Lucia Goode

Good to know

Questions, answered.

You get a link to a Google Sheet and a Google Doc. Make a copy to your own Drive, rename it, and it’s yours — nothing to install, no account to create beyond the Google one you already have.

No. The whole point is that it lives in Google Sheets, where your team already works. If you can edit a spreadsheet, you can run a Link Locker.

Edition 01 is built for multi-day events and festivals, but the structure adapts to any multi-workstream project. Delete the tabs you don’t need and rename the rest — most projects use six to ten of the fifteen tabs.

The Master Index template (15 pre-built tabs), the Operating Guide (the rules, the naming system, and the weekly cadence), and a complete worked example so you’re never staring at a blank grid.

Yes — that’s the best part. Share one link and everyone lands in the same place. The helper text and status labels mean a new teammate can find their way without an orientation call.

Stop hunting for links.

Give your team the one document that always knows where everything is.
